Well - the Verdict is In. Big Money and Smooth Talkers LOSE. the Wilderness Club Montana has been Spanked. Obviously I am glad to see that Big Money cannot run over property owners in Eureka Montana. Golf Course Resorts and Big Corporations cannot take your property rights away from you. You deserve quiet enjoyment and you deserve to live in the property as you bought it.
